Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat conversations across our business platforms and social channels. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product or sales information, and communicate special offers and deals through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. You’ll also need solid written English communication abilities to excel in this role.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers to the field. Comprehensive training is included, so previous experience with live chat support is not required.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
