Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages through website chat and messaging on social platforms. You will resolve customer concerns, share relevant product information, direct customers to resources, and communicate special offers through text conversations.
Rate: $35 hourly rate.
Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet and consistent broadband access are required equipment. Solid written English proficiency is essential for communicating clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: No background or experience necessary. We provide complete training to help you succeed from day one in this role.
