Customer Interaction Specialist (No Phone Calling / Entry Level / No Experience)

Step into customer support with a role that puts you in control. As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you’ll engage with clients through text-based channels instead of handling voice communications. This beginner-level position requires no prior experience and offers full support as you build your customer service expertise. You’ll sharpen your writing abilities, learn problem-solving techniques, and create positive experiences for customers in a welcoming environment.

Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages through website chat and messaging on social platforms. You will resolve customer concerns, share relevant product information, direct customers to resources, and communicate special offers through text conversations.

Rate: $35 hourly rate.

Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet and consistent broadband access are required equipment. Solid written English proficiency is essential for communicating clearly with customers.
