Roles: Daily responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. You will respond to customer inquiries, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers and pricing options through the messaging platform.
Rate: Compensation is $35 per hour.
Requirements: A desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. You must demonstrate competent written English to succeed in this role.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome here. Comprehensive training is included as part of onboarding, meaning previous customer service chat experience is not a prerequisite.
Location: Fully remote position available globally, with preference given to candidates in the United States.
