We’re seeking a dedicated Overnight Customer Care Representative to provide top-tier support to our customer base during late-night and early-morning hours. This role is perfect for people who love helping others and communicating effectively through digital channels, with no prior experience necessary.
Roles: In this position, you’ll manage customer conversations via live chat, answering questions about pricing, refunds, promotional offers, and more. Your primary goal is making sure every customer interaction leaves them satisfied with prompt, accurate information.
Contract Length: Indefinite position with no predetermined end date.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements:
- A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access and capability to navigate chat platforms and web interfaces.
- Capacity to function with minimal supervision and adhere closely to provided guidelines.
- Willingness to commit to at least 10 hours weekly during nighttime shifts.
- Dependable broadband connection is mandatory.
Hours per Week: Flexible scheduling between 10 and 40 hours per week, adjustable based on your personal needs.
