You’ll provide tailored assistance, answer inquiries, and work toward building lasting customer relationships. Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries across our chat channels and social platforms, directing clients to relevant resources, sharing product information, and communicating available offers and savings in real-time conversations.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. You’ll also need solid written communication abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
