What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll monitor and respond to incoming chat messages on behalf of businesses, addressing routine questions regarding product details, return procedures, and promotional offers. Training is brief, typically completed within a single day, so prior experience isn’t necessary.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Computer or mobile device with internet browser capability for chat platforms and web navigation
- Capacity to work unsupervised while maintaining attention to procedural guidelines
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly
