Roles: Your day-to-day will involve responding to incoming messages across our chat channels and social platforms. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, share relevant resources and product information, and communicate special offers or deals through our messaging systems.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A functioning device such as a laptop, mobile phone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in written English at a basic level is required to complete the work successfully.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary for this role. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be delivered, so previous customer chat positions are not a prerequisite.
Location: Available to remote workers everywhere, though candidates based in the US are preferred.
