This entry-level opportunity welcomes newcomers with no background in the field, backed by full onboarding to help you master customer service fundamentals. You’ll communicate with visitors through chat platforms to troubleshoot problems, respond to inquiries, and maintain satisfaction during high-volume weekend periods.

Roles: Your day-to-day involves monitoring and responding to chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information and checkout links, and communicating available deals and special offers through the chat interface.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with dependable internet access is essential. Competent English communication in written form is required to succeed in this capacity.

Skills/background needed: Perfect for those starting out in customer support. We provide complete training from day one, meaning previous chat support roles are not required.
