Website Chat Assistant (Remote, Entry Level)

Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities involve responding to real-time chat conversations on client websites and their social channels. You’ll address visitor questions, share relevant product information or links, and communicate special offers or deals through the messaging interface.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access is required. Proficiency in written English at a basic level is essential to complete daily tasks.

Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers with no experience. Comprehensive onboarding and training are supplied, so previous customer chat support work is not a prerequisite.

Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
