Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat inquiries on client websites and their social media channels. You’ll be addressing customer questions, sharing relevant product information and purchasing links, and communicating current offers and special pricing through real-time chat.
Rate: Compensation is $35 per hour.
Requirements: You’ll need access to a reliable device, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet, with stable internet connectivity. Competency in written English communication is required to complete assigned tasks successfully.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes candidates at any experience level. We offer comprehensive onboarding and support, so previous experience working with live chat platforms is not a prerequisite.
Location: Fully remote, available globally, with emphasis on candidates based in the United States.
