Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat requests across company websites and social platforms. You will address customer concerns, share relevant product information, communicate available offers and special pricing options through direct messaging channels.
Rate: Compensation is $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or portable device with stable broadband access is essential. Proficiency with written English at a conversational level is required to succeed in this capacity.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes newcomers with no experience required. Comprehensive onboarding and training materials are supplied, so you can jump in without prior experience in text-based customer support.
