Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to customer inquiries through live chat on company websites and messaging platforms. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and purchase links, and communicate available deals and special offers via the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You’ll also need functional English writing ability to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes newcomers to the field. Comprehensive training is included as part of the onboarding process, meaning previous customer service chat experience is not required.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, though candidates from the United States are particularly welcome.
