Remote E-commerce Chat Support

We’re hiring a Remote E-commerce Chat Support specialist to help manage customer conversations across our digital storefronts. Your day-to-day work will involve responding to customer questions about products, orders, delivery, and refunds through messaging platforms. If you enjoy helping people and find the online shopping landscape interesting, this role offers a chance to directly enhance customer satisfaction from home.

Roles: You’ll handle incoming chat communications on our web platforms and social channels. Your responsibilities include answering product questions, sharing relevant links to items and deals, and communicating special offers directly to customers via chat.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet and dependable internet access are essential. You’ll also need functional English composition abilities to complete the work efficiently.

Skills/background needed: This entry-level opportunity welcomes newcomers. We supply comprehensive onboarding, so previous experience with live chat platforms is not required.

Location: Work from anywhere globally, though candidates based in the United States are particularly welcome.
