Roles: You’ll be engaging with customers through live chat on company websites and various social media channels. Your day-to-day tasks include addressing customer questions, sharing relevant product information and purchase links, and communicating special offers and discount codes directly via chat interfaces.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet connectivity is essential. Competent English writing proficiency is required to complete the responsibilities successfully.
Skills/background needed: No experience necessary for this beginner-level position. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, so prior live chat customer service experience is not required.
Location: Worldwide remote positions available, with strong preference for United States-based applicants.
