Roles: Your primary responsibility involves monitoring and responding to chat conversations on company digital platforms and messaging channels. You’ll address customer concerns, share relevant product information and resources, and communicate available offers directly within the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or portable device paired with stable internet access is essential. Competent written communication in English is required to excel in this capacity.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive onboarding and guidance are included, meaning previous customer service chat roles are not a prerequisite.
