You’ll provide assistance, troubleshoot concerns, and champion customer interests without managing phone conversations. Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat conversations on company websites and various social media platforms. You’ll address customer concerns, share relevant product information and purchasing options, communicate special offers, and process discount codes all within the chat interface.

Rate: $35 hourly compensation.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with dependable internet access is essential. Proficiency in basic written English is required to execute the position successfully.

Skills/background needed: We welcome people new to this field. Comprehensive training is included as part of onboarding, so previous live chat customer service experience is not a prerequisite.
