Non-Voice Chat Support Agent – Fully Remote

We’re hiring a Non-Voice Chat Support Agent for a fully remote opportunity where phone calls are never part of your day. This position lets you work from anywhere while handling customer interactions purely through text-based chat. You’ll be a key part of resolving customer concerns, fielding questions, and keeping satisfaction levels high, all while relying on your strong writing abilities and preference for a more peaceful work environment.

Roles: Your daily responsibilities will involve responding to live chat conversations across business platforms and social channels. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and links, highlight available deals and special offers all within the chat window.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working device such as a desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access is essential. Competent English writing ability is required to successfully complete this work.

Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers with no chat support background. Comprehensive training will be delivered to get you up to speed, so previous experience handling live chats is not a prerequisite.

Location: Worldwide remote positions available, with preference for candidates in the United States.
