Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat conversations across company websites and messaging apps. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers or deals directly through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in English writing at a functional level is required to complete the job successfully.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes newcomers with no experience necessary. Complete onboarding and training are included, making previous customer support experience optional.
Location: Fully remote opportunity available across the globe, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
