Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat conversations across company websites and social platforms. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and purchase options, and communicate special offers or deals through the chat interface.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements: A functional laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in written English is required to communicate effectively with customers.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive onboarding and training are provided, so previous experience in customer support chat roles is not required.
Location: Fully remote opportunity available globally, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
