Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and various social platforms. You’ll field customer questions, share relevant product information and links, highlight available deals and special offers, and guide visitors through their purchasing journey using chat conversations.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in written English at a basic level will allow you to communicate clearly with customers and perform your duties without difficulty.

Skills/background needed: No experience required for this entry-level position. We provide comprehensive training to get you started, so previous customer support or chat agent experience is not a prerequisite for success.

Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
