Roles: Your daily responsibilities include monitoring and responding to live chat conversations across company websites and various social platforms. You’ll address customer concerns, share relevant product information and links, and communicate special offers directly within chat conversations.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with dependable broadband connectivity. Proficiency in written English at a functional level is essential for success in this capacity.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes candidates at any experience level. Comprehensive onboarding and training are built into the program, so previous live chat customer service experience is not required.
Location: Work remotely across the globe, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
