Google Shopping Assistant (Remote)

Are you looking for a remote customer support opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to assist shoppers through our digital platform. Based anywhere in the world, you’ll spend your days helping customers via live chat and email, guiding them through product discovery, resolving technical difficulties, and enhancing their overall buying journey. If you excel at connecting with people and have genuine interest in the e-commerce space, this position could be your next move.

Roles: Your primary responsibility involves responding to incoming chat inquiries across our web platforms and various social channels. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links and promotions, and delivering special offers through direct messaging.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or comparable device coupled with stable internet connectivity. Competent written communication in English is essential for success in this role.

Skills/background needed: Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive onboarding and training materials will be supplied, so previous experience managing customer conversations online is not required.

Location: Fully remote opportunity available globally, with preference for applicants in North America.
