Forum Chats Moderator

Become a Forum Chats Moderator and assume responsibility for upholding the quality and professionalism of community conversations online. Your work will involve reviewing forum posts, applying community standards, and promoting constructive dialogue between members. This role is essential for keeping the forum a secure and valuable resource where users can learn and interact, driving community development and engagement.

Roles: In this position, you will handle incoming chat messages on corporate websites and social platforms. You will respond to customer questions, share product or sales resources, and communicate special offers or discounts through the chat interface.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: You will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet connected to a stable internet network. Proficiency in written English communication is required to complete the responsibilities successfully.

Skills/background needed: This opportunity welcomes candidates at all experience levels. Comprehensive onboarding is included, so previous experience with live chat platforms is not required.
