Start your professional journey in customer service as a Remote Chat Specialist with no prior experience required. This position equips you with comprehensive training and support to become proficient at helping customers through messaging channels. You’ll respond to diverse customer needs, ranging from technical help to product details, all while strengthening your writing and interpersonal abilities from the comfort of your own space.

Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat conversations on client websites and messaging platforms. You’ll respond to customer questions, share relevant product resources and purchase links, and communicate special offers and incentives through real-time chat.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet with consistent internet access is essential. Competent written English communication is required to successfully complete the job responsibilities.
