Roles: Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat conversations on client websites and messaging platforms. You’ll respond to customer questions, share relevant product resources and purchase links, and communicate special offers and incentives through real-time chat.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet with consistent internet access is essential. Competent written English communication is required to successfully complete the job responsibilities.
Skills/background needed: Perfect for those starting out, this role includes extensive onboarding. Previous experience in live chat support is not a prerequisite.
Location: Fully remote, available globally with preference for United States based candidates.
