Are you ready to jump into a fast-paced ecommerce environment? We’re bringing on a live chat support specialist to start right away. Your day will involve responding to customer messages, guiding shoppers through their purchases, sharing product details, and solving problems in real time. If you’re a natural communicator who picks things up quickly, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on customer happiness and retention in a thriving online retail setting.

Roles: You’ll handle incoming chat conversations across our digital storefronts and social platforms. Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, sending relevant product links, and sharing available offers and special pricing through messaging.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, desktop, phone, or tablet along with stable internet access is essential. You’ll also need solid written English abilities to communicate clearly with customers.

Skills/background needed: No experience required, we welcome newcomers to this field. We’ll walk you through everything during our comprehensive onboarding program.

Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
