You’ll be the first person customers reach out to when they need support, answering their questions, collecting their feedback, and making sure they walk away satisfied with their experience.
Roles: In this position, you’ll play a key role in upholding our customer-first philosophy. Day-to-day, you’ll connect with customers via live chat tools such as Facebook Messenger, where you’ll deliver one-on-one assistance and tailored recommendations.
Position Details:
- Rate: $35 hourly
- Contract Length: Ongoing, with built-in adaptability

- Computer, smartphone, or mobile device available
- Stable high-speed internet
- Foundational proficiency in written English
- Skills/Background Needed:
- Beginner-friendly role with comprehensive onboarding included
- Previous chat support experience is not a prerequisite
- Location: Work from anywhere in the world, 100 percent remote, with particular interest in applicants based in North America
