Roles: Your responsibilities will include responding to incoming chat inquiries on company websites and various social platforms. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information and purchase options, and inform customers about current deals and special offers using the chat interface.
Rate: Compensation is $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet is required. You’ll also need a stable internet connection to perform the job reliably. Proficiency in basic written English is essential for this role.
Skills/background needed: This role is designed for individuals at any experience level. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included, so experience with chat support platforms is not a prerequisite.
Location: This position is available to remote workers globally, with preference given to applicants based in the United States.
