Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Interaction Agent to join our remote team and excel at resolving customer inquiries without voice communication responsibilities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals launching their customer service career. You’ll engage with customers through chat-based channels, deliver responsive support, collect valuable input, and cultivate meaningful customer connections from your home office.

Roles: Your daily responsibilities will include responding to live chat conversations across our digital properties and social channels. You’ll address customer concerns, furnish relevant product information and resources, and communicate special offers or deals directly within chat conversations.

Rate: Compensation is $35 hourly.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with consistent, dependable internet access is essential. Proficiency in written English communication is required to execute these responsibilities with professionalism.

Skills/background needed: No experience necessary for this beginner-level position. Comprehensive onboarding and instruction will be provided, eliminating the need for previous chat support experience.
