You will address customer questions, share relevant product information and purchase options, and communicate special offers or savings opportunities through direct messaging conversations.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A functioning device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet connectivity is essential. You should also possess solid written English capabilities to execute daily tasks with confidence.
Skills/background needed: No experience required for this beginner-level position. Comprehensive training is offered upon hire, so previous chat support experience is not a prerequisite for success.
