In this position, you’ll spend your time playing through games, identifying bugs and performance issues, and sharing detailed feedback on everything from user experience to visual quality. Your insights will directly influence game development and empower other players to choose titles that match their preferences.
Roles: This hands-on position involves downloading and thoroughly testing applications on your personal device, examining all functionality and features, then documenting your findings in written form. Day-to-day work centers on app evaluation and composing thoughtful reviews that capture your impressions, noting any glitches or technical problems you encounter along the way.
Requirements: You’ll need to own at least one compatible device from this list: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet.
Contract length: This role has no set endpoint, giving you complete freedom to balance work with your personal life and other projects.
Rate: Compensation starts at $35 per hour, with potential adjustments based on app difficulty levels and the thoroughness of analysis your reviews require.
